This summer, locals and tourists basked in the refreshing waters of the Elk River watershed to avoid unusually dry and hot conditions. Unfortunately, where there are people, trash is soon to follow. The Elk River Alliance–a local environmental charity–is asking the Elk Valley community to come together and help ensure a clean river for generations to come.

Do you have wheels you're stoked about? It could be a classic car, 4x4 truck, off road truck, motorbike or any other wheeled vehicle you're proud of! Come and join The Elk Valley Cruisers bi-monthly cruise and show it off!

Meet at Fernie Auto Parts at 5:45pm for a 6pm departure cruise around town in a convoy, visiting both care homes and various spots in town.

The final ladies event of the season at the Fernie Golf Club.

Join Elk Valley Adventure and Dirt Riders Society for the first annual adventure weekend riding amazing local trails and meeting other adv/dual sport riders.

Staging out of Fernie and hosted by EVADRS, this weekend features two days of group riding through stunning scenery and terrain. There will be routes to meet all levels and flexibility for full or half days.
