One By One - A Ceramic Show by Juliana Rempel

H Squared Gallery is excited to host One by One - Juliana Rempel’s exploration of the bold lines and colour of the prairies with clay as medium.

The focal piece of the exhibit is the documentation of the artist process through a 150 ceramic platter installation. Each piece represents the steps taken to create a finished work of art – from a blank platter to the final fired piece. While telling the story of a ceramic artist she is exploring how our environment can be deconstructed into pieces accumulated over time.

Also featured in the exhibit are vases with winged pseudo-handles, vessels, and Juliana’s signature wall art that represents symbolic images of the Canadian prairies and beyond.

Come and meet Juliana during the opening reception and enjoy some refreshments.

Opening reception 3 to 7pm Saturday July 8th. The Exhibit will run from July 8th to July 23rd.
