Simple Steps & Breakdowns - All Levels
You will be working on simple steps and fundamentals. Working toward learning a dance. This class is perfect for those who are learning how to dance. And those who are looking to bring a new movement to their daily routine. Please come prepared. Running shoes or good shoes with grip. Dance clothes, expect to sweat! Bring a water bottle, change of clothes, towel if needed. And always an open heart. This dance class is open to all and no previous dance experience is necessary.

Hello Friends I’m Megg, you might remember me from the kids tent during the social Wednesday’s or the Wapiti Festival. I’ve been in this beautiful community for the last 10 years. I started as a Zumba/fitness instructor, worked my way into the Circus Acts Insomniacs and finished my time at Giv’er Shirts works. After leaving back to Lethbridge to have my now 7 year old son. I so honoured to call Elk Valley home. Looking forwarding to see you on the dance floor!
