Griz Kidz Easter Activities
The Easter Bunny is coming to Fernie Alpine Resort.
Activities include an on-mountain bunny scavenger hunt, an Easter-themed arts and crafts station and photos with the Easter Bunny!
9 am – 3 pm: On-Mountain Bunny Scavenger Hunt
The Easter Bunny will come early to hide pictures on the mountain for you to find! Solve the clues to find the bunny pictures on the lower mountain. Once you find a picture, take a photo with it and upload it to our online form for your chance to win one of our special Easter Baskets full of chocolate and goodies!
How to Participate:
- Check back here on April 9th to get the clues and solve the clues to find where the bunnies are located. Bunnies will be on white 8.5″ x 11″ signs and “hidden” in safe places to stop (tops and sides of the runs).
- Once you find a bunny sign take a photo with it and upload the photo onto the online form (the form will be posted on this page the morning of the event)
- All the bunnies will be located on our “Lower Mountain” terrain
- You don’t have to find all the bunnies. Locate as many as possible – every bunny sign is an entry into the Easter basket prize draw.
- Forms must be submitted by 3 pm (MDT) on Sunday, April 9th. The prize draw will take place after 3 pm.
- Winners will be notified band can pick up their Easter Basket later that day or on Monday, April 10th, from Guest Services.
10 am – 12 pm: Easter Arts & Crafts Station
Join us in the daylodge for some Easter-themed arts and crafts that kids can make and take home! Plus, kids can take part in our Easter Egg Jar guessing game.
Note: This is not a drop-off activity. Staff and volunteers will be on-site to help facilitate and explain the crafts, but they will not supervise the children. Parental supervision is required.
10 am – 12 pm: Photos with the Easter
Get a photo with the Easter Bunny! The Easter Bunny will be on-site from 10 am-12 pm for photos. The photo location will be in the base area and announced closer to the event (as the location will be weather dependent).
