Free Meditation Drop-In Class

This is a free daily offering to the community to promote healing and calm anxieties. Breathwork practice will be a variety of breathing exercises and techniques to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern to breath in a conscious and systematic way, to calm the nervous system.
