Barrel Aged Stout Launch

Just in time for the holidays, Fernie Brewing Company brings you the release of their newest brew, a Barrel Aged Stout, aged for 7 months in Red Wine barrels!

Their Barrel Aged Stout will be hitting shelves across BC and Alberta in the coming weeks, kicking off with a local release in our Tasting Room on Thursday, December 16th from 2pm.

BREWERS NOTES
Dark and robust, brewed with six specialty malts including Pale Chocolate, Blackprinz and Maris Otter. A slight addition of Fuggle hop and East Kent Goldings brings a mild floral aroma, balancing this strong barrel brew. Here to kick off the holiday season, this brew teems with notes of chocolate, toffee, and dried fruit, with oak character peeking through hints of red wine. Available December 2021, for a limited time only.
