Yin & Pin

6:30pm - 8:30pm

Acupuncture bypasses the mental mind and energetically accesses disharmony that exists within the body. Working with the body’s Prana, or Qi energy, acupuncture complements your yoga practice. In this practice, needles are placed into specific acupuncture points in the body to achieve deep relaxation. Heather will guide you through an introspective Yin class followed by relaxation in Savasana with the support of props to help you settle in and release. In Savasana, Gina Rino, RAc will place fine needles into specific acupuncture points. During the acupuncture treatment portion of the workshop, students will rest while the nervous system calms into an even deeper state to support the release work taking place.
