SCHEDULE

Friday
Arrive and check in
5:15 – 6:30 pm Welcome dinner
8:00-9:00 pm Bedtime Yoga
After 9:00 pm – Free time

Saturday
7:30 -9:00 am Morning Hatha Yoga practice (include meditation and pranayama infused with essential oils)
9:00 – 10:00 am Breakfast
10:30-1:00 pm Nature walk (Hobbits Trail-optional) hiking boots, warm clothes and bear spray highly recommended. Hobbits Trail includes 150-200 m elevation gain.
1:00 – 2:00 pm – Lunch
2:00 – 4:30 pm – Free time (spa, tea time, reading, browsing town)
4:30 – 6:00 pm – Yin/Yang yoga class (include meditation, pranayama infused with essential oils, half class is restorative yoga)
6:15-8:00 pm – Dinner
8:00 – 9:30 am – Social gathering, hot tub… (optional)

Sunday
8:00-9:30 am – Morning Vinyasa practice (include meditation and pranayama infused with essential oils)
9:30-11:00 am – Breakfast and check out
