Classic French Cooking Class
Cooking Classes are back for the Winter and Decembers class is being taught by Jamie Clark. Jamie has been cooking professionally for 3 years having been Head Chef at The Loaf last Winter & currently working up at Island Lake Lodge.
Classic French Cooking seems like a daunting task to the average home cook but Jamie is going to show us some tips and tricks to impress your friends at home
The menu will include:
- Goat Cheese & Spinach Flan
- Beef Bourguignon
- Chai Poached Pears with Blackberry Coulis & Creme Freche
