Classic French Cooking Class with Tanner Elliot

Cooking Classes are back for the Winter and this months class is being taught by Tanner Elliot. Tanner is a Red Seal chef having worked at many high end restaurants across Canada and holding a position on the team at Cirque Restaurant this Winter.

Everyone loves Italian food and knows all about Pizza & Pasta... but what about the fancier side of Italian??

The menu will include:

  • Goat Cheese & Basil Arancini (stuffed rice balls)
  • Chicken Ballentine
  • Roast Potatoes & Charred Brussel Sprouts 
  • Camomile Pana Cotta with pickled Strawberries



As usual the class will be $35 and will include the 2 hr class, the meal, a glass of wine and the recipes for the evening. The class is limited to 10 people but guests can also join for the meal and a glass of wine after for $15.
