A Lunch and Learn Workshop on Gender and Sexual Diversity for Tourism.

Presenter Jason A. Kingsley, BCom, CFEE is a facilitator, event professional, and human rights advocate with over 15 years’ experience, who is passionate about creating authentic experiences that help shift personal and socio-political realities regarding diversity and inclusion.

The workshop will offer diversity and inclusion training regarding the gender and sexually diverse (GSD) community. They specialize in the service sector; however, are also happy to discuss training opportunities for other individuals and organizations who are interested.

This is a very informative workshop for local businesses and tourism providers that:

  • are interested in the strategic and ethical benefits of diversity and inclusion,
  • would like to create/promote a positive LGBTQ2+ culture in the workplace,
  • have existing LGBTQ2+ customers or clients, and would like to know how to serve them better,
  • are interested in attracting new LGBTQ2+ customers or clients to their business.
