Each class will be a blend of standing and seated poses that help to create overall muscular balance and stability. Special attention will be given to tight muscles and joints, using yoga tune up balls and other props, to release soft tissue restrictions and increase range of motion. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join! Perfect for your lunch break!

Meditation is the only tool for us to quiet our minds that is effective and long term. When we stop looking outside of ourselves to find inner peace, when we stop thinking its going to be the next relationship, the next job, the next purchase that's going to make us happy, we start looking within to seek solace.

Spend this weekend learning not to try to silence a mind that wants to go a hundred different directions simultaneously, but rather how to sit with and not attach to this chaos. Meditation opens us to each and every moment of our life.

AromaFlōw at SOAR!

Each week they will have a focus that we will be addressing through our Asanas with the support of the oils to further invoke healing, mindfulness and growth inside and outside the body.

All levels welcome. Make sure you bring your glass or metal water bottle to fully experience these oils!

** This is a WARM class as the room is being heated for the Hot flow that follows, so dress lightly. Bring water.
 

Children need to find their own voice. This can be in terms of the choice of their own style in clothing, their favourite foods or in the way they like to move. Every child likes finding their own way of doing things, but it sometimes takes a while for them to do so. That being said, there a few ways that you can help your child in finding their own “movement voice.”

Each practice is focused on sensing and uncovering one of the 5 layers of the body from which to explore and journey. Once the body is prepped into relaxation and stillness Yoga Nidra will finish and potentially lead you to your innermost being.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of guiding one's own awareness through the gross to the subtle bodies of experience to eventually rest fully awakened in the impersonal stream of unbounded consciousness.

Learn the basics of yoga. This workshop series will introduce you to the main postures that you would use in a yoga class.
