This is open to anyone to attend but aimed at emerging artists who are looking to take the next steps. This course is designed to help apply for exhibits and suggested before applying to the Arts Station Gallery which will currently open for 2022.

Wine and wheel is a casual event taking place on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm. It is an introduction to throwing on the wheel along with some hand building techniques. Price includes clay and a glass of wine. This event is perfect for anyone wanting an introduction into clay or just a casual evening out with a creative twist!

*Multi-week activity taking place on November 1st and 15th*

Have your kids join the Arts Station instructor Caroline in a fun afterschool clay workshop for youth age 12-15! In the first this week kids will learn the basics of sculpture and hand building and then in the following class they will get to paint their creations. Their pieces will be fired so that they can be used and taken home. This is a multi-week workshop, meaning that it will be held on the first and third Monday in November. The workshops are suitable for youth ages 12-15.

In the first this week kids will learn the basics of making pinch pots and handbuilding and then in the following class they will get to paint their creations. Their pieces will be fired so that they can be used and taken home. This is a multi-week workshop, meaning that it will be held on the 24th and the 8th. This gives us enough time to have the pieces fired and ready for decorating!

Do you want to learn the basics of Illustrator so that you can use it in creating your own posters and use it as a tool to promote your brand? or just want to learn about Typography?! Join our in-house graphic designer Tyra as she teaches you the basic tools of Illustrator to get you started! 

This workshop is for you to watch and learn, If you have a laptop with the Adobe Suit applications then you are welcome to bring it to follow along but it is not a requirement!

Supervised drop-ins take place on the first Saturday of every month! They are for those with some experience in pottery who are looking to develop their skills. The two hour drop-in session will be supervised by our pottery technician Caroline, a recent graduate of ceramic art school. She will be there to help with any questions or concerns you may have about your work. Feel free to pick her brain for tips and tricks!

Two available sessions; 10-12am or 1-3pm
