Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.A and TECK.B, NYSE: TECK) (“Teck”) and the Ktunaxa Regional Health Centre today announced a partnership to install antimicrobial copper on high touch, high-traffic surfaces in the new facility. These surfaces can effectively eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria within two hours of contact, and help protect the health of patients, health workers, and visitors.

The first races of the 2018 series will be held on the weekend of December 30-31, 2017 at the Elk Valley Nordic Centre, near Fernie, BC. Following the previous success in the 2016 winter, the Fernie Nordic Society will be hosting the Teck Kootenay Cup race event again in Fernie.
