Fear. It is a bit of a weird one. It comes along and sneaks up and hits you when you really don’t want it to. Fear is our neurological response to certain environmental or thought-provoking exposures that wants to pump us with adrenalin to ‘fight’ or ‘flight’ a given situation. What if, instead, we do not put ourselves into that situation in the first place?

As we move into Step 3 of BC’s Restart, we are able to host some fun events again on our trails! Some new and old favourites are back.

There are many Fernieites who have left the city-dweller lifestyle behind for the adventure-packed, outdoor way of life this town has to offer. What was once a several-hour drive to access adventure has turned into a five-minute pedal from your house to reach some amazing terrain.

In this vlog That Mountain Life showcaseS 5 family friendly activities you can do in Fernie, BC when visiting in the summer. Of course some of these things are great to do without kids as well. This video is sponsored by Tourism Fernie.
