Join the new adult ballet beginner class happening every Thursday from 6:30 - 8:00pm in Soar Studios.

For $12 drop in fee you will enjoy an hour and half introduction class that helps improve your strength, increase flexibility and develop coordination. You do not need any experience to join this class, it is open to all abilities, ages and genders.

Increase anaerobic endurance and cardio health while biking to the beat of specially curated playlists from all genres. Suitable for everybody. Classes are 50 minutes. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats or bring indoor runners.
