Join the Heart's Content Ensemble string quartet at the Chautauqua Afternoon Tea. For over a century, Fernie has had a significant British community, and formal afternoon tea was a tradition among those who immigrated to Fernie from England, Scotland and Wales.
The menu includes our own Fernie Blend tea by Murchies Tea of Victoria; scones with jam, marmalade and Devonshire cream; Coronation chicken, smoked salmon with cream cheese, and cucumber with cress finger sandwiches; and dainties.
