The workshops are suitable for kids aged K-G6.Full and Half day options available: 9am-12pm and/or 1pm-4pm (lunchbreak supervised, bring a packed lunch - please note, we ask for a nut free environment)
Half day $28, full day $56 per child (sibling discount available)

Established in 2004, Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day challenges adults and biking clubs to introduce kids to the sport of cycling. The event celebrates the life of Jack Doub, an avid teenage mountain biker from North Carolina who passed away in 2002.

Developed and coordinated by the International Mountain Bicycling Association, the event officially takes place every June and October!

The Little Critter ride/fun race circuit is criterium style rides where competitors complete as many laps of a short course as possible within a 40-minute time limit. For every lap of the course completed the rider puts his/her name in for draw prizes. Geared to riders 12 and under. (Training wheels are not appropriate, run bikes and tag along bikes are okay.)

This summer, the Arts Station is offering a brand new Teen Play Build Theatre Camp, led by Denise Baughan of Tunnel Theatre. Over the course of a week, participants will work collaboratively towards a final performance.

This week will provide a platform for participants to create stories and characters that will bring to life topics and themes that are important to them.

Ages 12-18. Cost: $160 - Register online today.

The Sixth Annual Lemonade Social! Come celebrate the end the school year in the library garden. The social includes lemonade games, music from the Happy Bus (with DJ JAY RAY) hot dogs and the popular Lemonade Stand Off!

All ages are invited to attend. Children under 7 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
