Jesse Bell

Ralph's garden is a gardener's dream; well-established, metamorphic, an enchanted yard full of za za zoo. And so, one sunny afternoon in June Jesse joins Ralph for homemade iced tea under the shade of an umbrella to talk worms and dirt. To talk about how you can get your garden to look like his.

For nearly seven years and 92 issues (this marks, officially, number 92) Jesse has pushed herself to hike mountains, climb rocks, and camp solo in the pouring rain.

In any gym, there's a shrill squeak of sneakers against the polished wood floor, and the echoing thud of a basketball. More often than not, if you're a good shot, there's a swish of the net.

Sometimes all we need is a little travel to put our senses in order.

Jesse faces her ice climbing fear, after postponing it for many years.

Jesse has known she loved to travel at seven and her first gallery Wanderlust at The Arts Station features photos from her many adventures in life.

Jesse's first house was a simple house and one day over the fence her neighbour, Alfonso Elia, handed her some homegrown beans, even one time a bottle of wine. Leading to stories of wine creation and history.

Wanderlust is a series of photographs, a collection of visual stories, from three adventures across oceans in less than a year. The exhibit features the remotely wild lands of Iceland, the warm beaches and forests of Australia, and the vibrant, pink-flowered, whitewashed alleys of Greece.
