Many yoga classes will begin with a series of sun salutations which are a sequence of movements that serve to strengthen and lengthen most muscles in the body, while also helping to sync your movement and breath to calm your nervous system.

They will be discussing why quality matters, 3 ways to use Essential Oils and 3 things about Essential Oils you may not have known. They will speak on using specific oils for emotional support and how to use these tiny wonders for emotional health.
 

New Year’s resolutions carry a lot of weight and many people feel extra pressure to succeed which makes them more likely to make mistakes. Success in anything is achieved by simply picking ourselves up and trying again when we fail.

It’s hard not to think skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking when it comes to Fernie. Because in all honesty, that is what Fernie is famous for! As awesome as all these outdoor activities are, they often cast a shadow over many of the other offerings that Fernie has. This is especially true when it comes to indoor activities.

In this class, Jocelyn Dawn of Essentially Abundant will demonstrate how to make a variety of simple, sustainable and cost effective green cleaning products.

This is a unique class and each participant will be leaving with 2-3 items each. Investment includes an introduction to using Essential oils class and a Recipe book with recipes to easily replace all of your household cleaners.

This class offers take home information/sampling and please stay informed on the facebook event for any changes.
