Starting a fitness journey can be hard. Going at it completely solo can be even harder. When you have a tribe around you supporting you, encouraging you, and believing in you even when the going gets tough, not only do your goals seem that much more achievable, but the process itself becomes way more enjoyable.

Dance Circle is an open space to express yourself freely through dance in community. This movement practice may be meditative, playful, healing, or just plain FUN!

Shake out old stories from your cells, bodies, bones, shake out your fears, anxieties and inauthenticities, fill yourself up and send out the lifted vibes that moving in conscious community creates.

Come and learn basic Feng Shui practices you can easily apply in your home or work space. Bring a pad, colouring pencils, and photos (on your phone or tablet, camera or printed) and be prepared to explore the opportunities Feng Shui offers. Kate will also provide you with your personal colour and direction aspects at your request during the workshop.

Each class will be a blend of standing and seated poses that help to create overall muscular balance and stability.
