Join the Fernie Youth Action Network at Mantra Spirit Studio for some chill yoga, and a fun and relaxing session with crystal sound bowls. (If you’ve never experienced crystal signing bowls before, you’re in for a treat They are so awesome. You’ll love it!) Then head over to the Fernie Youth Action Teen Space for smoothies, bagels and fruit while you mellow out and visit with friends. What a fun way to spend a Pro-D Friday Morning!

Are you ready to have SEW MUCH FUN in this Introduction to Sewing Basics workshop just for teens?

Maybe you’ll make a dog or cat bandana for you fur bestie? A bunch of cool scrunchies? A funky tote? Or choose from other fun and easy projects to take on! We will supply the sewing machines and all the supplies.

This workshop is designed for beginners but if you’re a more experienced sewer you’re welcome to bring in a project and get help form our guest instructor Louise Ferguson.

Have you ever wanted to try pottery and make something really cool? Then get ready to get your hands dirty in this Beginner Teen Pottery Workshop at the Fernie Arts Station Pottery Studio!

In this fun 2 part workshop you’ll get on the wheel and create a one-of kind awesome mug that you will paint and decorate during the second class. Caroline, the Artist in Residence and pottery teacher will be there to help you out.

Empowering, Connecting and Building Community! This group is made up of amazing, community minded girls and those self -identifying as girls and their teen allies who want to empower and uplift other girls, plan and do meaningful things and make a difference in their community and schools.
