Free Fall Double IPA Local Launch

The Fernie Brewing Company's popular Free Fall Double IPA is making it's return. Join in the Tasting Room from 2-6PM for FREE SAMPLES as they welcome back this tasty brew.

Big, boozy and bold, this is our strongest IPA to date. High in alcohol, and heavily hopped with Simcoe, Ekuanot and Cascade, showcasing citrus and tropical fruit notes. Ends with a long, lingering bitterness that shows the hop complexity and aroma.

Barrel Aged Baltic Porter Launch

The Fernie Brewing Co. Baltic Porter, barrel aged for 9 months. This dark brew was aged in oak barrels which once held bourbon, before being shipped to Guyana, where they were filled with rum for 12 years. 

This Special Release is launching in the Tasting Room Thursday, November 8th.

Black Mammoth Winter Ale Launch

The beast is back! Winter is on its way, and with it comes our highly coveted Black Mammoth Winter Ale. 

Brewed with chocolate malt, plus infusions of dark organic cocao and Seville orange peel, giving this brew its unique flavour profile.

Fernie Brewing Co.’s “Cheers to Charity!” Program hits $100,000 and Counting!

With over 29 recipients since its inception in December 2013, Fernie Brewing Company (FBC), is proud to announce that its “Cheers to Charity!” (CTC) Fund has now passed the $100,000 mark. This week Fernie Brewing Company proudly handed over a cheque for $5,265 to its most recent recipient, the Elk River Alliance, bringing this year’s total to $27,643 and the total donations to date to $101,843.A huge benchmark, solidifying the success of this locally brewed initiative.

Nighthawk Farmhouse IPA Launch at Fernie Brewing Company

It's that time again! The latest release in Fernie Brewing Company's Rotating IPA Series is launching. The Nighthawk Farmhouse IPA is low in bitterness, but heavily dry hopped with Centennial, Sorachi Ace and Hallertau Blanc. Sorachi Ace has a distinct lemon flavour, and Hallertau Blanc has strong notes of citrus and passion fruit, similar to an Australian variety. 

For IPA lovers their latest release offers a chance to try some unique hop varieties in this Farmhouse IPA. Stop by the Tasting Room for a free sample and good times!
