The kick-off to the Fernie Mountain Biking Season - BBQ Social, bike swap, kid's bike event and more!

Come and meet Fernie bikers at the Elk's Hall in Downtown Fernie, learn about weekly rides, special events and plans for the summer. This is a great event for our regular visitors! Volunteers are needed for the weekend, email the FMBC by using the email button on this page.

Better late than never! Come celebrate Earth Day with some special after school programming, drop in , ages 7+. You will be making our own up-cycled t-shirt bags (to keep or give to the Zero Plastic Project) as well as special guest with Wildsight Elk Valley will be showing us about the "pea planning project".

Spring is in the air and it’s a great time to get back outside if you have been hibernating this winter. If you are just getting back into the swing of things it’s a good time to sharpen up your skills.

Exploring the outdoors and breathing in the fresh mountain air is often a great way to find your inner voice. A great escape from your daily life commitments is to hit the trails. A hike up to the top of Swine Flu is a good option. It’s relatively short and has a great view of the city from the bench at the top.

The Arts Station's Wednesday Concerts Series are set to return this summer and the Christ Church Anglican hosts a a veteran touring duo, for a fundraising music concert.
