This week Northern Quarter will be on stage!

Northern Quarter hail from the charming Albertan mountain town of Canmore. The indie pop group formed in 2017, and their varied influences have created a genre-spanning band with songs ranging from Indie Folk to Jazzy lounge style vibes.

This week Wild Honey with special guests will take to the stage!

Wild Honey is a female trio of singer-songwriters from the East Kootenays playing roots music with a sound all their own. Their debut album, Distant Skies, is a compilation of songs from their seven years together. The gentle and heartfelt lyrics echo their lives, loves, and a deep passion for this wild place they call home.

This week El Niven and The Alibi take the stage!

Unapologetically original, uncompromising in their vision, Edmonton-based El Niven and The Alibi (ENATA) create music which is equal parts poetically-bittersweet and rank rock and roll. With a natural bent for lyrics, ENATA’s sound, infused with life-experience and grunge rock attitude, is undeniably theirs.

Easter Weekend at Fernie Alpine Resort

Visit the Easter Bunny in the plaza to get your photo with our big, furry friend and learn about how to participate in their activities.

Fernie Alpine Resort is excited to be celebrating 60 years of legendary experiences, powder days and après!

New and Improved Ways to Enjoy the Outdoors

People looking for ways to enjoy the Columbia Basin’s great outdoors will soon have even better options thanks to upcoming projects focused on activities like building new trails, enhancing existing ones or strengthening amenities and trailhead facilities. Columbia Basin Trust is supporting 22 new trail improvement projects in 18 Basin communities.
