I love my creative life—I wake up in the morning, make coffee, help the kids out the door to school, and at that moment the routine in my life ends. For the rest of the day, I could be setting some type for a new poster, carving a block for a print commission, working on paintings for a solo show, or putting together an application for a future public art call. 

There are a few moments and experiences that have lead Brina Schenk to where she is right now. It feels serendipitous as if there’s nothing else she should be doing. 

As an artist, the holiday season is so vital to my survival that I want to have it all ready. For many artists, more than half of the revenue we generate comes from sales in November and December—driven by art markets and gift sales for the holiday season.

This beautiful hoop is appropriate for any Holiday season. It'll be a string of lights that glitter with metallic thread and neon letters, set in a 6 inch embroidery hoop.

Register online. Additional drinks can be purchased for $5 a glass.

It takes a long, long time and many discouraging moments to get to the point where you feel comfortable calling yourself an artist out loud and in public. When creative types get together and talk about our craft, we tend to be quite self-deprecating.

Beulah LImber loves to create. Any medium becomes art with Beulah’s touch. Beulah started creating with drawing at a young age and has been exhibiting since the early 90’s.Often inspired by nature and music creating watercolours, sculptures, acrylics and textile art, Beulah continues to show her love of landscapes, movement and life.
