The Arts Station is hosting an all-ages Paint Battle, ET Hair Salon welcomes a new member to the team and Valley Vitals and Stocked Co. come together to bring you household waste solutions.

The City of Fernie, along with Artists Michael Hepher and Paul Reimer, will be officially unveiling “A Hardy Town” sculpture on June 1, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the Fernie Arts Station.

It is very difficult to find North American movies which feature romantic and/or sexual relationships between people with disabilities. The Shape of Water, that the American movie industry has taken tentative steps towards remedying this situation.

This cultural extravaganza is hosted by the Fernie Museum, The Fernie Arts Station, Fernie Chamber of Commerce, Fernie Heritage Library and Wildsight.

Arts, culture and heritage are a valued part of the tapestry of the Columbia Basin region that enriches our communities and the lives of residents. Columbia Basin Trust is expanding its support for arts, culture and heritage with $11.6 million over three years.

Tour the heritage section of the cemetery and learn about the people and events that shaped early Fernie. Presented in partnership with the Lost Souls’ Society. Tickets are $10, and include admission to the Fernie Museum. Tickets are available at the Fernie Museum.
