The Fernie Brewing Co. Baltic Porter, barrel aged for 9 months. This dark brew was aged in oak barrels which once held bourbon, before being shipped to Guyana, where they were filled with rum for 12 years. 

This Special Release is launching in the Tasting Room Thursday, November 8th.

It's that time again! The latest release in Fernie Brewing Company's Rotating IPA Series is launching. The Nighthawk Farmhouse IPA is low in bitterness, but heavily dry hopped with Centennial, Sorachi Ace and Hallertau Blanc. Sorachi Ace has a distinct lemon flavour, and Hallertau Blanc has strong notes of citrus and passion fruit, similar to an Australian variety.

Winter is finally here and so is the Fernie Brewing Company's Limited Release Black Mammoth Winter Ale. It's as dark as a winter night and as smooth as a fresh powder turn, making it the perfect beer to sip as the snow piles up. Brewed with chocolate malt, plus infusions of dark organic cocao and Seville orange peel, giving this brew its unique flavour profile.
