To do our part in keeping our community safe Storytime & Toddlertime will be virtual in January and February due to snowpack in the Fernie Heritage Library garden making outdoor programming difficult.

Storytime will be posted to our Facebook and Instagram at 11:30am on Tuesdays and Fridays, and Toddlertime on Wednesdays at 11:30am.

Makey Makey is a fun, interactive mix of crafts, engineering, and science for kids. Each week children aged 7-10 will have an opportunity to create, build, or perform experiments. This program is delivered on Zoom and all supplies (plus a snack) are provided.

Lifelonge Learners is a monthly DIY group for adults. Activites include crafts, homesteading, life hacks, and a number of learning opportunities. Supplies will be provided and the occassional guest facilitator will be on hand for instructions.

This month we will be creating our own Smash Books, a beautiful journal for all those notes, doodles, and momentos with no place to go.

Registration is through Eventbrite and all attendees must have a current Fernie Heritage Library card. Maximum 8 participants.
