Essential Yoga Studio
“Forgiveness for Peace of Mind” is a five-part Workshop taking place at Essential Yoga Studio this January 24 – February 21.

One of the biggest obstacles to a peaceful mind and a happy life is not being able to forgive. Not forgiving is at the root of most relationship problems. The challenge is that most of us don’t recognize this simple truth. Forgiveness is not the question; it’s the answer. It’s not the problem; it’s the solution. Learn why forgiveness isn’t weakness; it’s strength. And until we forgive we spend our time ruminating, adding to our list of those who have wronged us and leading a life of bitterness.

Join Essential Yoga in the workshop “Five Steps to Forgiveness” and you will remove the obstacles that prevent you from having peace of mind, because ultimately holding onto grudges, wrongs and resentment only hurts ourselves. Saturdays from 4-6pm, January 24-Feb 21. $169+gst
