Loaf’s new downtown location is offering the fresh, locally made food that has made the Fernie bakery so popular over the last two-and-a-half years.
Loaf will move in early August, after months of renovations on the historical building. The storefront is opened up with full-length, sliding-glass doors and the interior given a fresh, modern look.
Inside you’ll find more of the artisan breads, baked pastries and cakes, sandwiches and pizzas that earned the Best Place for Sweet Treats title in the Fix’s Best of Fernie 2011 awards.
Five nights a week you, will also be able to get dinner in the new 50-seater, fully licensed, casual/fine-dining restaurant. The new dinner menu features dishes made from scratch using the freshest ingredients, plus Loaf’s fresh Italian-style pizzas - voted Best Pizza in the Fix’s Best of Fernie awards two years running.
