Introduction to Photography at the Arts Station
I have this camera, now how can I use it to take great photos?
Join local photographer Kyle Hamilton in this workshop dedicated to teaching the you how to use your digitalSLRcamera! This one day workshop will cover the basics of light and camera settings. Participants will learn about the exposure triangle and how changes to your settings impact your image. Participants will spend some time going for a walk around town and applying various changes to the settings and seeing how they affect the resulting image.
A great workshop for budding photographers, no experience necessary.
Required material is a digital SLR camera, or one with full manual controls. Students can email instructor if they have any questions about the suitability of their camera. Also, please bring along your owners manual, or insure you have a complete working knowledge of all in camera menus and settings.
