Fernie Wine Club Event & Live Music at Infinitea

This will be the 3rd FWC event held at infinitea and we are excited to present some new wine, infinitea feautured wines & one of our new Summer CockTEAls.

Here is the menu:
Beet & Basil Balls with Arugula & Almond Pesto (Vegan & Gluten Free) - Paired with the TEAser - a Caesar with Tea!

Arugula & Roasted Chickpea Salad – Arugula, mint, Cumin roasted chickpea & red onions, goats cheese, roasted red peppers & garlic aioli dressing (Vegetarian & Gluten Free) - Paired with Ex Nihilo Riesling

Asian Lettuce Cups - A mix of garlic, ginger, mushrooms, water chestnuts, cilantro, green onion & pork cooked in Asian sauces served in fresh iceberg lettuce cups - Paired with Misconduct Misfit

Marinated Beef Skewers - Tender Red Wine & Garlic Marinated Beef skewered with onions, red peppers & Yellow Zucchini - Paired with Mt. Boucherie Merlot

As it is summer, one of the tastings will be utilizing our garden theme patio and as a special treat this time we will also be having live music!

Wendy Thomson of the Lost Keys will be entertaining us with her melodic voice and original acoustic guitar music as well…. we are really in for a treat! Music before and after the event.
