Yes, move those clocks back one hour! Daylight Saving Time was implemented during WWI in an effort to use less energy in lighting homes by taking advantage of the longer and later days. In 2007 this period is four weeks longer due to the passage of the Energy Policy Act in 2005.

Women in sport
