This band from Vancouver Island most recently made The Peak Performance Final Three among The Boom Booms and The Matinee, the finale is just two days after their show in Fernie at the Commodore in Vancouver, BC.

Women in sport

Over the last two weeks I've thought a lot about women and the sport of mountain biking, especially after reading two articles - one by mountain bike racer Emily Beaty, the other by Mitchell Scott on Pinkbike.com. I also realized that yes, I'm a bit of a princess AND a mountain biker.. and that's okay.
