Bugaboos: A Celebration in Story & Image at the Fernie Museum
The Fernie Museums newest exhibit opens this Friday evening, and will be on display in the gallery space until March 3. Enjoy the opening reception from 7-9pm Friday.
Alpinists flock from all over the globe to hike, climb and ski amongst the Bugaboos, the granite nunataks that sprout from one of the largest glacier systems in the Purcell range.
Curated by Pat Morrow and produced by the Art Gallery of Golden, The Bugaboos-A Celebration in Story & Image commemorates BC Parks’s centennial and the natural and human history of Bugaboo Provincial Park.
