Emily Brydon Youth Foundation Summer Applications
The Emily Brydon Youth Foundation (EBYF) not only accepts applications during the winter months, but summer as well! Over the last five years the foundation has sent numerous children in the Elk Valley to summer camps, art classes, and other unique programs during the summer months, continuing to help kids pursue their dreams.
Applications are available online - don't let finances get in the way of your child realizing their dream!
The foundation wouldn't be where it's at today without the amazing support from the community and organizations such as Teck, RCR, and Telus. Currently EBYF is planning its very popular and zany annual fundraiser - the EBYF Golf Tournament. This event really does bring the kid out in you. Rosemary Brydon, Emily and other volunteers put their heads together to ensure every year there are surprises and laughs around every corner as you "golf" 18 holes at the beautiful Fernie Golf & Country Club. Followed by an amazing dinner at the clubhouse, auctions and entertainment, the events gets better every year. Make sure to get your team in - there are only 120 spots! Or consider sponsoring a hole and help EBYF positively affect even more children in the Elk Valley!
