A group of Fernie residents decided to head out this winter and try all the nachos on offer in Fernie to discover who has the best nachos! Using the same criteria to judge each plate, El Guapo is the second establishment they hit up.
Just a week ago I was running in a T-shirt in Port Alberni, BC, taking in the sun-filled day, stunningly green landscape and sparkling water of Sproat Lake. And then it hit me - I was coming back to Fernie and back to two months of winter.
Not a recant ... but a new reflection.
