This spring, fashion gets a burst of fresh air and a bouquet of jazzy colours. Ladies if you don’t have a bandeau bra yet pick yourself up a couple, because this spring’s tanks and shirts are so oversize you’ll need a bandeau bra every time you leave the house. Look forward to really comfortable fashion trends like leggings and tunic style tops, long tees and tanks, roomy rolled up shorts and super cute jumpers.

I’m the portrait of a 21st century spinster. As Valentines Day looms I always find myself over a stereotypical martini sitting back and contemplating the current state of our small town dating scene and it’s always ugly, confusing and hilarious at times. Yet I always seem to find a glimmer of hope with every sip I take.

January Remark

Another holiday season has passed and many shiny new memories were born out of the annual Salvation Army fundraising gala. This year $7664 was raised. Ticket sales, bar proceeds, raffle tickets, all the Clubhouse staff’s tips, and a small handful of volunteers pulled off this success. Huge thanks to everyone who attended. Big ups to the volunteers. You can be sure next year will be even more enchanting.
